Do Crystals Really Need Cleansing?

Do crystals really need cleansing? well… does your body detox daily to keep you healthy? Crystals carry high vibrational energies which offers us so many metaphysical properties to assist on our personal healing journey. Having their own energetic intelligence the crystal kingdom has gifted these powerful “gifts from earth” to bridge energetic resonance assisting us on our personal spiritual growth and transformation. Absorbing and transmuting lower vibrational energies we release, crystals most definitely require frequent TLC cleansing to restore and recharge high vibrational balance.

Crystals have changed many hands, suppliers and differing energies which may not be in alignment with your frequency and intentions. It is extremely important to cleanse unwanted energies from your crystals before you begin to establish resonance.

When choosing a cleansing method your most powerful technique is your intentions! Connect with your crystal(s) and direct your intentions into them.
You may use any of the suggested clearing tips or your own preferred methods.

Visualization
Hold crystal in dominate hand (smaller stones) larger stones place on clean uncluttered stable surface, place hands on crystal, close eyes  and take several deep breaths centering your energy connecting you to the crystals vibration. In your minds eye visualize a white iridescent light filling the crystal restoring it’s high vibrational chi. Continue for several minutes or until you feel guided to release the visualization, the crystal will feel lighter energetic after this technique.

Smudge Clearing
Using any smudge product of your choice Palo Santo, sage, frankincense, sweetgrass, or Incense.
Set intentions to clear and transmute any negative energetic attachments in your aura and your connection to the crystal(s)
Hold crystal in dominate hand or place on preferred clean surface, in a clockwise direction smudge over crystal as you feel guided.
Please ensure window or door is open to allow efficient clearing of unwanted energies.

Full Moon Energy Clearing
On a full moon night place crystal in a glass or wooden dish of your choice, place beside window in moon light for a few hours.
Set intention for the full moon energy to clear and transmute any negative energetic attachments in your aura, and connection to your crystal raising the vibratory frequency in alignment with your intention and highest good.

Breath (for smaller stone)
Hold stones in dominate hand, close eyes centering breath, connecting with crystal(s) set your intentions. Inhale through nostrils, hold breath for count of three seconds. Bring stones close to face and exhale through mouth blowing intention breath on all crystals in clockwise direction. Repeat as long as you feel guided.

Selenite Crystal Clearing
Place crystal on a piece of selenite crystal setting the intention for the selenite energy to clear and transmute any negative energetic attachments in your aura and crystal with intention of raising the vibratory frequency in alignment with your intention and highest good. Selenite is a powerful crystal when used in energy clearing and attuning as it does not absorb negative energies and does not require clearing.

Place crystal beside a singing bowl or on clean surface.
